By creating an account or using Z-WAY, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Z-WAY is a coaching platform that connects clients with a coach for training programs, nutrition plans, progress tracking, messaging, and related features. How this maps to our Privacy Policy is described there — read it alongside these terms.

Not medical advice

Z-WAY and the content your coach provides through it — programs, nutrition plans, exercise instructions — are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or concern. You use any program, workout, or nutrition plan at your own risk.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The coaching relationship

Z-WAY provides the platform; the coaching advice, programs, and plans you receive come from your coach, not from Z-WAY itself. Any dispute about the quality or content of coaching is between you and your coach.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Z-WAY to harass or abuse other users, impersonate someone else, upload content you don't have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' data.

You can report a message or block another user from within the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload — messages, progress photos, notes. By uploading it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you and, where relevant, to your coach, solely to provide the service.

Termination

You can stop using Z-WAY and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Z-WAY is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Z-WAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated in-app.
